A study of the Appropriation Bill, which provided about N988m as feeding and other kitchen utilities cost in the Presidency, showed that crested wares got a proposed expenditure of N300m, a figure that is about N100m higher than total capital vote for the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission, ICPC, for 2012. Other highlights of the proposed budget for the Presidency include cost of fuelling vehicles, generators and other t equipment, including cooking gas, in the office and residence of the President, at N168.72m, while the Vice-President’s will spend N68.65m.
